Edens Cyberworld

Hi everyone, sorry I haven’t posted for so long. Our computer has been playing up and freezing all the time.

Anyhow, Clark and I have been going to recorder lessons at the church. Soloman used to go but gave up because he was bored. I’ve also been learning guitar. We are performing with the rest of the group on the 12th of December! I’m also singing solo "Infant Holy."

I’ve taken the Parkstone Grammar School test to see if I get in. Whether I do or not…….

A few weeks ago the mini-bus broke down on a bypass. It was mayhem. There was all of us and Grandma and Gramps and dogs! We were on our way to Hobbycraft! Anyway, People could see that we had broken down, and no-one was slowing down. 3 cars almost went into the back of us! Dad rang the police (222222) and they came out and blocked a bit of the road off. The AA arrived and told us that the cambelt (?) had snapped, and there might be other damage. The man from AA took Grandma, me and the dogs, home, a big police van was called out to take Gramps, Mum, Clark, Soloman and Cody, back, and a recovery truck, brought Dad, Callum and the mini-bus home. What a trip!!!!!

 It’s been so cold her! We’ve even had hail!

 My libary has been doing a activity called Read A Million Words I’ve completed it and met the mayor. I was one of the word millionares, Pics.

Grandma has a new puppy! It’s a Collie x. Her name is Collie! She is the black one led next to one of our dogs Marley, the black and white.

 2-3 months ago we went to Ringwood Carnival and we’ve finally got pictures

 Hi all! It is soooooo hot!!!!! I am going rafting today with Guides, and I can’t wait!!!!!!!! Has anyone else been rafting before, This will be my first time! We have been in our paddling pool all week and it has been great fun!

 We went to Bude 2 weeks ago, and the satnav (satnave, satnaav???) took us the wrong way, and kept making us go around in circles, Mum estimated it would take us 4-5 hours, and it took us 9. Anyway we got there, and set up the caravan at this campsite, and just sat out side and got bitten by midges . The next day was the wedding (the reason we went all that way!) and it was really nice, and they had a disco in the evening. Callum danced with 3 different girls! It went on until midnight, but we had to go back at 11, as the boys were getting tired. The next day we went to the high street and looked around shops and then went to a playpark, whilst Mum, Dad, Grandma, and Gramps sat at a cafe a little way up. Then we lost Cody…..He was gone a good twenty minutes, and I was running around the car park, and this lady came up to me, and said "Have you lost a little boy?" and Cody was sat  in her arms absolutely bawling! I sceamed "CODY!!!" and gave him a hug and thanked the lady, and ran off trying to find mum, who I found in the lifeguard thing. They were about to put out a message. Mum took Cody, and I ran off trying to find Dad whilst Mum and Cody went to see GG & G. I found him down by the sea walking along the beach with Callum, and ran and told him. and after that, we went back to the caravan. The next day we went to the otter and owl santuary, all of us apart from GG & G who stayed at the caravan and looked after the dogs. It was great!!! Owls are my favourite animals and I fell in love…with a Bengal eagle owl. The next day we went home and it took us 4 and a half hours (thankfully!)

Callum is writing a letter to his girlfriend, and my idiotic stupid brothers sweet, innocent brothers Soloman and Cody have been screaming and building with mega-bricks. Oh, happy days

 Hi everyone!

 So much has happened, Mum has turned 43, Clark has turned 6, Edward (grandma’s fiance) has turned 63.

Mums birthday: I cooked a meal for all of us and gg and g (grandma and gramps, BTW) It was Prawn cocktail for starter, roast for main meal and lemon chiffon for dessert.

Clarks birthday: went to delph woods for the day , but 2 days later went ice skating ( you will be told later…*) so that was his party sort of thing.

As you can see, he loves High school Musical, but , then again, who doesn’t!

Gramps Birthday: went down to grandma’s and had a suprise birthday party.

Ice skating* as I said we went ice skating for Clarks birthday and it was Callum and Carks first time . Callum wouldn’t let go of the penguin, but clark did and, boy, was it funny… we went with Madaline, Summer, Amber and Ethan. I’m getting really good at it! I can jump, spin, change feet, one foot out behind me, and go really fast, but can’t go backwards yet. still working on that! Who else loves Ice skating? I DO!!!!! Look…

We have been doing gardening, making this thing called a bug house, its supposed to attract insects. we’ve planted all our seeds aswell so thats going good.

We had loads more snow, though you wouldn’t know it now…the entire street was covered! our snowman…

Callum swam up (?) from beavers and got enrolled at cubs.

 We went to a park and played  on the beach. it was so cool! not as cool as the yummy hot chocolate afterwards though!

 Callum had his girlfriend round for valentines day and they had their meal on a seperate table.          ahhh cute!

This is so funny!!!!! all of us, kerry-anne, Joseph, Thomas and Joshua all went to Delph woods and they sat in the river there and we all went on the rope swing and went exploring. We were all soaked by the time we got back, Joseph was wringing his socks out and Thomas must have had half the river in his wellies!!

We had a meal on mothers day,GG, G, Aunty Kay, Uncle Glyn and my cousin Charlie, and us. It was yummy!

Do any of you guys know the song "love story" by Taylor Swift? she is so cool!!  I love it!

 Joseph is coming to tea later on, but he won’t be sitting in any more rivers!!

My Grandma is engaged!!! She got engaged before New Year but I didnt want to put it on too quickly, but I have the O.K. now! His name is Ed, and is really nice. They are getting married in June! Heather (grandma’s sewing lady) is going to make her dress and mine too becauuse……..Drum roll please……I’m bridesmaid!!!!!!!!!! Have any of you been bridesmaids before? I haven’t. Heather, Grandma and I went to chose materials today. Mine is what Grandma calls Old Gold? It’s a yellow/gold.  I have a gold with glittery small stars on for cap sleeves. GG’s is cream with a cream background with gold embrodary panel down the front. GG and I chose our bouquets of (fake) flowers. It is Yellow rosebuds, white rosebuds and gold leaves with a few freesias. Mine is a nomal bouquet size and GG’s is literallY ENORMOUS

I crocheted a bag for Hexa. Here  she is in it!

I also crocheted some dog toys for her! A tug and a bone shape tug. I will try to get a photo of them sometime.

Hi everyone!

 Did everyone have a cool christmas and New Year? Ours was O.K but Dad was ill  

 My friend came over for a sleepover on Saturday and we had great fun! She stayed until 3:00pm on Sunday, and we watched Mamma Mia (the sing along version) and we were all jumping all over the place! I know she reads my blog so Hiya! to you!

My birthday is on the 23rd and I am having a birthday sleepover downstairs in the lounge with my 3 friends, Sleepover friend is bringing Mamma Mia again, we are going to have a midnight feast (earlier than midnight!) and Mum and Dad and younger horrors little bro’s are having a little party upstairs.

I’d like to wish a Happy birthday to my mate who is going to be 10 a week before I’m 11, so happy birthday J!

Hi guys……..sorry I haven’t posted for soo long. But I have some totally cool news!

  You know that Burley, rimini, and gypsy died …… well… we have a new puppy, and she is so cute!!!!. Her name is Hexa, and she is now 15 weeks today!

The reason there is 2 pups is ‘cause Mums friend who lives over the road thought Hexa was so cute , she went and bought his brother! Hexa has the pink collor, and Pudsey (her bro, ) is in the red.

 The reason Hexa is called Hexa is because we bought her on Halloween, and Hexa is german for witch, and mum didn’t really want to call her witch! Pudsey was bought the day before Children in Need.

I went ice skating yesterday, my first time, and it was so cool!!! Has anyone else been skating before?

I did an experiment on the suface tension of water.

1. Fill the sink with cold water

2. Sprinkle talcum powder about half inch thick over the top.

3. Dip your finger in the water, as if making *holes*

WHAT HAPPENS:  The talcum powder show up the surfice tension of the water. So, as soon you finger pierces the suface tension, you can see the "hole" closing again

BECAUSE:  The suface tension is a strong force it is broken only momentarily when you pierce it with your finger.

4.Now put a drop of liquid soap on your finger (do this away from the sink) then put your finger into the water again,

5.Make holes in the water

WHAT HAPPENS: the first time you dip your finger in the talcum powder moves away, dip it in again, and the finger will leave a "hole"

BECAUSE: the soap loosens the tension at the place where you dip your finger. On the rest of the suface the tension is stronger so this attracts and holds back the powder. The "holes" made by the soapy finger do not close again because the soap prevents the water molecules from joining together again, so the suface "skin" cannot regain it’s unbroken state. If you want to repeat the experiment you will have to change the water.
